Do you have OEM and ODM service?	Yes, OEM and ODM are available.
What is the delivery time?	Sample:1-7 days; LCL order: 7-15 days; FCL order: 15-20 days; OEM & ODM order: on a case-by-case basis.
What is your terms of payment?	30% paid in advance by T/T as deposit, and 70% paid against scan copy of B/L by T/T as balance. For small order will suggest 100% paid in advance to save transaction cost.
Could you delivery the goods to us by sea, by air, air express or train?	Of course, we can. But if the volume less than 1CBM, sea freight will not be recommended.
Can you supply product inspection certificate?	We could provide the certification for you if required, such as SONCAP when ship to Nigeria, COC when ship to Morocco, etc.
How to solve quality problem after customer received goods?	You need to send us unqualified products quantity, photos/videos and invoice number to check the problem.
