What is your terms of payment? | 30% paid in advance by T/T as deposit, and 70% paid against scan copy of B/L by T/T as balance. For small order will suggest 100% paid in advance to save transaction cost. |
Could you delivery the goods to us by sea, by air, air express or train? | Of course, we can. But if the volume less than 1CBM, sea freight will not be recommended. |
Can you supply product inspection certificate? | We could provide the certification for you if required, such as SONCAP when ship to Nigeria, COC when ship to Morocco, etc. |
How to solve quality problem after customer received goods? | You need to send us unqualified products quantity, photos/videos and invoice number to check the problem. If necessary, you need to send back some representative samples to us. Once the problem been confirmed by our after-sale team, we will give you a satisfied solution. |
