Products Introduction

1.  The tank and pipe raw material: Carbon Steel Q235B. Max. working pressure: 8 bar.
2.  The water inlet and outlet pipe size is customized. 
3. The quartz sand is not included.  Sand diameter 2-2.5mm is required. The buyer can buy quartz sands locally. For SDF20-2, quartz sands 200kg needed; For SDF24-2, quartz sands 240kg needed; For SDF28-2, quartz sands 320kg needed; For SDF32-2, quartz sands 440kg needed;  For SDF36-2, quartz sands 560kg needed; For SDF48-2, quartz sands 960kg needed.
4. For the automatic backwashing sand filter sets, there are two kinds of power source.  One is battery  and the other is 110/220V electricity.  The buyer must choose which power source will be used. Battery is preferred. 
5. Control Modes: Pressure difference/time/Manual. Self-cleaning pressure :>2 bar.
6. Packing: Corrugated paper+Air Bubble Film.
